By installing, accessing, or using Convicy Revenue Intelligence ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service, including beta program participants.

2. Description of Service

Convicy provides revenue intelligence and optimization tools for Shopify stores, including:

• Customer behavior analytics and conversion tracking
• Personalized post-purchase offer recommendations
• Marketing campaign optimization and attribution
• Store performance insights and reporting

3. Your Obligations

Account Responsibility

• Provide accurate and complete account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use the Service to compete with us or create similar products

Data Requirements

• Ensure you have the right to share store data with us
• Comply with applicable privacy laws and regulations
• Obtain necessary consents for customer data processing

4. Beta Program Terms

Free Access Period

• Beta access is provided free of charge for 3-6 months
• We reserve the right to extend or modify the beta period
• Beta participants will receive advance notice before any paid plans launch

Feedback and Development

• We may request feedback on features and functionality
• Participation in feedback sessions is voluntary
• Your feedback helps us improve the Service for all users
• No compensation is provided for feedback or testing

Transition to Paid Service

• Beta users will receive grandfathered pricing for initial paid plans
• 30-day advance notice will be provided before any billing begins
• You may cancel at any time during the transition period

5. Intellectual Property

Our Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Convicy and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Rights

• You retain ownership of all data you provide to the Service
• We do not claim ownership of your store content or customer data
• You grant us a limited license to process your data to provide the Service

Limited License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Service for its intended purpose, subject to these terms.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may:

• Perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice
• Make emergency updates to ensure security and stability
• Temporarily suspend service for technical reasons

During the beta period, we make no specific uptime guarantees.

7. Limitation of Liability

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

8. Termination

By You

• You may terminate your account at any time by uninstalling the app
• You may request deletion of your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy

By Us

• We may terminate accounts that violate these terms
• We may discontinue the Service with 30 days' notice
• We may terminate the beta program at any time

Effect of Termination

• Your right to use the Service immediately ceases
• We will retain or delete your data according to our Privacy Policy
• These terms survive termination where applicable

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Convicy is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these terms or the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. When we make changes:
